If we can’t find your ideal match, we’ll gladly offer a no-questions-asked refund or transfer your experience to a bicycle rental at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority!

All rentals come with skates, an optional helmet and wrist guards. Wear comfortable clothes for movement and bring a water bottle or purchase one from our tuck shop. We're your one stop shop for island adventure!

Cancellation policy: You must give at least 24 hour notice for cancellation to receive a full refund for most experiences. Cancellations within the 24 hour period leading up to event may be eligible for store credits.

Minimum requirement for participation: water based experiences require you to have the ability to swim short distances and tread water without a personal flotation device (PFD) or lifejacket on. We do not do a swim test and rely on the honesty of the participants to answer this question truthfully in order to remain safe on the water. A properly fitted and sized PFD or lifejacket is required to be worn for all TISUP on-water experiences. Please be on time upon returning equipment. Late fees may be added especially for end of day rentals returning after our closing time.

For land-based rentals such as for bicycles and in-line skates, some experience is required. Patrons must have the basic ability to safely manage equipment and abide by the rules and etiquette of the road.
